I agree with Allen. Here in Kiev and Ukraine the general view is similar. I have read some works on this measurement, mostly by German authors. But practically no use. Our obstetricial all prefer Caesar. Seems like the future babies will all come out this way. Women with scars on the abdomen are plentiful.
