> Both ovaries contain multiple small cysts measuring few mm in
diameter.
> The left ovary measures 3.8 cm x 2.3 cm x 1.9 cm.
> The right ovary measures 3.2 cm 2.9 cm x 1.8 cm.  There is a complex
cystic lesion with a thick wall noted in close proximity to the right
ovary and may be arising from the right tube or is a tubo ovarian mass.
> It measures about 6.9 cm in maximum diameter.
> Conclusion:
> Rt. adnexal mass.
> MRI is advised for better assessment.
