Dr. Udayakumar, I am glad the Image upload hints helped. Perhaps we should add a couple of suggestions to the UPLOAD page so this will be standard procedure for everyone. For example:

At the top: "Use TAB or mouse to move between items, do not press ENTER."

Then at the bottom, under the "Image for Upload" item we could put: "To submit additional images for same case, use BACK button to return here and change to new image file name. Please use GIF or JPG file types, remove patient identifying information if possible."

We will be looking forward to seeing the rest of yor images.
