Re: History of Medicine FW: [ishm] FW: dissertationsFrom: DuBose, Terry (DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu)Tue Jul 25 09:03:38 2006
Joanne, yes you can always ask me questions, though I may not always have an answer. Let me ask you if you subscribed to the Ultrasound-History forum? I can't remove anyone from it. The Ultrasound section is self-subscribe, self-unsubscribe, but I am not sure how folks get subscribed to the Ultrasound-History forum. I'll see if the HTML jockeys can help. Terry J. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
