Thanks Terry ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have a photo of a poster, I believe from 1989. A meeting in Wash. perhaps. It's title, "The World of Radiology" @ the top & "A History of Innovation" @ the bottom. An artist's conception of Roentgen is in the center as well as other contributers to radiology. The artist also included his portrayal of my father in his naval uniform. The border consists of different company logos. There is also the logo of "The Radiological Society" in the center. It's copyrighted 1989 Access Media, Inc., San Fran., CA. Design: John Enright; Illustration: Paul Kratter. Credits: Sochurek:Medicine's New Vision, Mack Publishing 1988. Grigg, Trail of Invisible Light, Charles Thomas Press 1965 AT&T , Fonar Corp., Dr. Nancy Knight/ACR. All of this info is @ the bottom. I would like to be able to obtain a copy of the poster &/or permission to copy, but it appears Access Media is either no longer in business or changed names. Any suggestions of who or where to turn or locating Dr. Nancy Knight/ACR? I can't search the ACR or The Radiological Society of North America as I'm not a member. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, many thanks for being the initiator of getting my father placed, historically, with regards to ultrasound. Your kindness, time spent & ethics will not be forgotten. Please keep in touch. Best regards, Rosemary "Turner106@comcast.net(R. I logged onto the computer Thursday after over a month taking care of other priorities. Sorry. What a wonderful job Dr. Woo has done in compiling the history of ultrasound! I have thanked him especially with respect to putting my father in his proper place historically with regards to his pioneering work in ultrasound. Now I must thank you as it really started with you. If it hadn't been for Dr. Woo's web-site being down, my phone inquiry to you & your caring enough & taking the time to post on your web-site, then putting Dr. Woo in touch with me, the info I supplied to Dr. Woo would likely still be unknown! There aren't enough words to thank you! You, too, need to be applauded as a compiler of history. The time & dedication you show are much appreciated. It's by your work & Dr. Woo's that future generations learn what other's have contributed. Thank you! I have a photo of a poster, I believe from 1989. A meeting in Wash. perhaps.
