Dear Sir

I am a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, India. I am currently on a writing a book on fetal growth retardation. This book contains chapters on ultrasonography and Doppler. Ultrasonography has been my chief interest for the last 18 years that I have been an obstetrician. Wishing to briefly mention the history of ultrasonography, I came across this lovely paper on the internet.

While I could, of course refer to this paper in my book, it would be great if I could print large passages in Dr Campbell's own words. May I have permission to use about 500 words for my book, and perhaps a couple of pictures? I will, of course, give adequate credit.

Sincerely Dr Mini Sood

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
