35 yrs old female, G6 P5 A0,is 39 weeks pregnent,with breach presentation.She presented with pain lower abdomen and right illiac fossa.on per speculation exam,liqour mixed with blood is present,cx is patially effaced with a cervical dialitation of 1.5 cm, fetal heart sounds are normal. patient is running a fever of 100f,pulse is 104 per min, she is being given amicacin ,metronidazole and zinacef intravenously. how should the patient be managed now.
