Dear Friends, I am a student appearing for my Obstetrics & Gynaecology exams and have a few queries. Am looking forward to some help in clarifying these. Thanking you in advance for the help. The questions are as follows. 1. Will there be 'board like rigidity' (as in peritonitis) in a case of ruptured ectopic pregnancy? 2. Which is the most appropriate time for prphylactic antenatal administration of Anti-D gammaglobulin? 3. What is the mainstay medical therapy for endometriosis? Do most women withdraw from Danazol therapy due to side effects? If so, what is the alternate management? 4. A 16yr old girl presents with primary amenorrhoea. She had height spurt at age 13. Reached pubic hair & breast development for grade 5 of puberty. She is shy and would not allow vaginal examination. What is the diagnosis & which of the following is the most sensitive investigation? a. Pelvic Ultrasound b. Chromosome studies c. Progesterone, FSh & LH levels d. Intravaginal ultrasound. 5. What is the order of development in puberty concerning height spurt, pubic hair development, axillary hair, breast buds.
