http://www.ecfmg.org http://www.usmle.org You might be able to avoid these if you have allready a position in States and they can solve the formalities for you. By the way, why do you want to leave UK, I thought the conditions for doctors in UK are good enough. I have friends who are hardly trying to find a doctor position in UK. They have graduated in Romania or other est european contries. Do you have an advice for them?
