I have a few doubts about this method. 1) what was the original type of suture used as described by Pomeroy and was it No 0 or No.1?What is the recommended modification -plain gut No O or 1? 2)What is the ideal site for resection which gives better reversal outcome isthmus/isthmo-ampullary / ampullary . Sorry I don't have access to Te Linde's operative gynecology so anyone who has it or knows the details please let me know.
