Hello, I was an Ob/gyn doctor in a small province in VietNam. When reading your message, I remember this problem was discussed in my hospital two years ago. An most people in the hospital didn't agree about that because of the reason of dividing the power of the chief of the Ob/gyn department. In the condition of developing or spectualizing of medicine, I think separating could be a good and new idea. In my opinion, the good doctor in Ob can treat the gyn but s/he can't not be a very good Gyn doctor. Best regards Hieu Huynh
