Nice site. Didn't know it existed. I'll try to monitor it from now on.

Threatened abortion is any pregnancy that is bleeding but ther is not cervical change. A missed abortion is sononymous with blighted abortion, but with the latter there is not evidence of a fetal pole, just an empty sac and abnormal b-HCG .

As far as retained placentas, I'd say (3), such as an accreta, increta or percreta. The others can usually be removed manually, but all could remain longer than 30 minutes. Hope this helps? For CREOGs? If so, good luck.
