dear friends, I would like to know about colleges offering postgraduate courses or preceptorship positions in maternal-fetal medicine. I have completed my residency in obstetrics-gynaec.i practise in a rural part of india and am very interested in prenatal diagnosis of congenital malformations, so it would help me improve my skills immensely & it would be really helpful if i could get even an observer position with a certification for a couple of months.Are there any short-term courses?please,i would be grateful if you could spare the time and let me know the details. thank you again for your valuable time,yours sincerely,nayana
