No. On internet explorer that is a search window that holds the subjects of all previous searches. So, if I press the letter "A", all words that start with "A" will appear. How do I clear this file?

Hope I do understand you properly ...

in the search window there is a button to customize your way of searching

There you can click if you want to keep yes or no your searchwords

for removing just highlight the word en press [Del]

Is this waht you were looking for?
