Serono, Inc., announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with CostDoctor, Inc., a leader in activity-based costing software for medical practices.
Under the terms of the agreement, Serono's practice expansion managers will make the CostDoctor CDROM and internet software available to reproductive endocrinologists and fertility specialists in the United States. CostDoctor, Inc., will provide customer service and technical support for all participating practices.
The CostDoctor software addresses some of the most compelling issues facing fertility specialists today. CostDoctor can help medical practices control escalating costs, manage declining reimbursements, determine managed care contract value, and increase practice productivity.
