MTP with oral pills new regime

Medical Termination of pregnancy by drugs alone. Bharati Regimen by Dr Hemant Damle and Dr Mahesh Bedekar.First and Second trimester termination of pregnancy in indicated cases can be achieved in nearly 100% cases (35/35) by giving orally 200 mgm of Mifepristone (We used Mifegest tablets by Zydus Alidac costing about Rupees 310 ) at zero hr Followed by tablet misoprostol 200 mcg orally after 48 hrs. (we used tablet Mizoprost by cipla costing Rs 54 for 4 tablets). Misoprostol is repeted orally every 8 hrs.
Results
Sample size 30 cases of first trimester and 5 cases of second trimester. Results 100% success rate in 35 pt. Avarage no of misoprostal tablets used is 2. Chek curratage required in one pt of second trimester. Cost per pt Rupees 370 only
Untoward effects recorded nil. Pt satisfaction full
The dose recomended by company is three tablets of mifepristone costing Rupees 930 which in our experience is not required.
I have presented to you data with pilot study. I want your experience in this matter.
