itching breast

Hello, I have been having a problem with my breast itching, like from
the inside out I can't stand it and I would like to know why! I went
through the change whe I was 41yrs. old, I'm now 55. I had a absess in
my right breast about 30 years ago, but this is different, it itches in
both breast, it is driving me crazy! can you help. itching in Va.
