My ob/gyn department is very interested buying fetal pulse oxymeter (FPO). However, we don't have any practice experience in our country about that. Do anyone have some practice advice what model is the best for proper price. At the moment, we have 2 options: Nellcor N400 and HP Viridia 50 XM/XMO. We also would know ih there is some important disadvantages about using FPO, which is not so easy find online... Thanks in advance,
