I'm an ob\gyn and laparoscopic surgeon. I would like to know how advanced is video conferencing among my collegues around the world. first I wanted to use netmeeting to try sending and receiving live video from my office via a satellite internet communication system ,but until now I have found the system to be not good enough . Can you help me in that field to know exactly what has been done and what is good for an office . I'm using windows 2000. Do I need a special ,advanced video card etc.. thank you for your help Garald Jean Louis
