Dear Ed,I have some news to share.
We are in communication with FIGO and Dr. Jack Sciarra about doing the first International Symposium on Internet in Gynecology and Obstetrics in Austin next April.
Jack has agreed to be the clinical chair. But we need a really high tech doctor to be the technology chair. Would you be interested in this position? Since you are in Houston it would also be a good logistical fit. And WHO knows more about Internet in O & G than you???
It would, of course, be a big commitment and a lot of work. But on the bright side it would also cement your position as a leader in the field and propel you into contact with the luminaries in Ob/Gyn that you deserve, by merit of your expertise, to run with.
The first step in your position would be to work with me on selecting the technology board members for the congress and approaching them.
