Hi:I am looking for a small team of ultrasound engineers or technicians (no more than 4) to join me and a new company i am setting up to develop and market a range of new ultrsound products.
Each person will need to invest £2000 each and will recieve a 5% equity share in the company. In addition, Initially you will have to finance yourselves as the development work for the first range of products will be very much part-time. On develoopment of the first product it is planned to raise over 1£million via Venture capital to market this product commercially.
This opportunity is best described as a group of 4 or 5 people gathered together once a month in a garage with basic tools but fantastic levels of knowledge to produce the first of a series of new products which will be patented in preparation of commercial launch.
You must live in the UK and be able to travel and meet during development at least 2 weekends every month and will be required to sign contracts with the new company.
It is anticipated that after selection of candidates our first team meeting will be within 4-5 months.
