Could stand for "Pretty Good Privacy-Network Associates" OR "Pretty Good Privacy-Not Available"....

I guess that would be like hiding a house key under the flower-pot on the front porch, or one of those magnetic car key holders under your front fender....Only keeps the honest people out.
