#1 Your sister needs to call the doctor. Vomiting blood is NOT normal and the doctor must be made aware. A gastroenterologist may have to become involved.

#2 4 months is 18 weeks. If the heartbeat can't be heard and she feels the baby move, it's position. If it can't be heard and she can't feel the baby movce, a sonogram is indicated. Both points are extremely important.
