I came off BC pills in September, had a 33-day cycle in October and a 26-day cycle in November. LMP was Dec. 2. We would like to have a baby but are finding it hard to predict ovulation because of the off cycles. I began charting BBT and CM and according to both, ovulation appeared to have happened on Tues. 12/14. We had intercourse on 12/11, 12/12 and 12/14. I don't know if I'm late because of the weird cycles but am now at day 28 and feel no signs of my period about to start. Also, once ovulation happens I understood that you "dry up" before your next period. Is this true? I have had very wet discharge for the last 10 days. I know it's early, but I'm having a lot of nausea, some headaches and not feeling "quite right." I've had a baby before but he was after having been on the depo shot and I was not having periods so I was never "late" and 7 weeks by the time I found out. When would it be good to take the HPT? We thought Monday 1/3 because that day would be pretty far after the suspected ovulation date, but with the weird cycles, we just don't know. Any input would be appreciated. We don't want to get too excited too early. Thanks.
