Rule of thumb - recurrence rate - 1 in 3.

Two factors make you act like a first baby (increased risk of HELLP etc
in first pregnancies) #1 10 year interval between pregnancies and #2
different sperm (with different genetic makeup that your body may sense
as "foreign" or "different".
