I have read in several sites and in books that people can use real egg whites to help them conceive a baby. How healthy is that? Are there certain ways to use the egg whites? If anyone can answer these questions, I'd appreciate it. I don't want to use them if they are going to cause more problems for me. I was just curious. Thanks!!
