During pregnancy, no. For breast feeding, unable to determine. It depends upon the surgeon who did the surgery, the technique used and whether or not the "milk ducts" were interferred with in either surgery.

It shouldn't affect the fetus until inadequate sleep affects you and then the effects are variable.
