It may take anywhere from 30 days to few months. In your case you are still lactating so the condition is called lactational amenorrhea. Lactation may delay the resumption of period as well as ovulation.

2)how long for milk to dry up? Again for milk to dry up may take any number of days.

and 3)could i be pregnant again?

But then there is every possibility to get pregnant during this period of amenorrhea since ovulation may start even without resumption of menses in some cases. There is no harm getting a preg test done.
