Lower stomach pressure 18 weeks

I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and I am having lower stomach pressure that go's all the way down to between my legs. This is my 4th pregnancy and will be my 3rd child and I do not recall having this before , except when I was in labor. What could this be? Could I have a bladder infection? Also I wonder if this could be placenta previa I had it with my first daughter but it corrected itself. That might explain the pressure.I dont know ..any info will be apreciated. I go for a ultrasound on the 20th and go for a check up the 29th, I am just wondering if I should mention this to my midwife. Thank you for your time in advance.
