I recently saw a tv piece on the use of hypnosis to manage pain during labor. Do you know anything about this or where I would able to find out more? I can't recall which program ran the story. Apparently, the parents-to-be took a class or two to prepare themselves ahead of time and when that time came, the hypnosis helped tremendously. (It was self-administered.) Thanks!
