Olivia,
Get B-HCG titre and a TVS (tr.vag.sonography), you will know if it's
intrauterine or extruterine pregnancy, offcoarse get the BHCG titre repeated
if the titre level is low and positive and no intrauterine sac is seen. One
can better diagnose with TVS, even other uterine pathology, if any.
If pain continues there is no harm getting a Diag. laparoscopy done to check
for any other peritoneal/pelvic conditions causing pain.
