The BP reading appears to be just fine ( if your base line BP, that is pre-pregnancy or early pregnancy is more or less the same). Did you notice any mid trimester fall in the BP, if yes, it's good. Again One has to take various signs & symptoms into consideration for suggesting her to be take absolute bed rest. Look for urinary proteins & haematocrit, Look for symptoms such as headache, pain abd, blurring,etc., Check the baby's growth ( if corresponding and no growth restriction). Get herself evaluated for liver function/renal function/HEELP syndrome, If you find excessive urinary proteins or any danger signals, Discuss with your OB about this. Kik(DFMC) count is useful. Rely on your OBGY doctor. Everything will be fine.But if not comfortable at all with him, there is no harm changing at any stage even during the pueperium. Best of luck,
