Very ususual to have large urinary proteins for not drinking water, one may get trace or 1+ if not drinking enough water and working or standing for long hours more so in hot humid place. I would suggest to get a full renal profile done especially to rule out infection or causes of nephrotic syndrome. At the same time get serum albumin/proteins, lipid profiles to begin with.
