hi! i developed kidney stones in my pregnancy and never had problems before or after. my urologist told me i am probably one of those lucky women whose metabolism changes enough during pregnancy to develop kidney stones. i think it would be quite likely the smae could be true for you. the conditions during your pregnancy could simply have been 'right' for gallstone development.
