It has been six weeks today since my LMP but I ovulated on day 21 making me five weeks today. Since ovulation I have had right sided discomfort in the iliac fossa sometimes higher which is very annoying. I wouldn't say that it is any worse but I am becoming concerned that it may be an actopic pregnancy. I have the nausea, breast discomfort tiredness etc of a normal pregnancy but I have this bloated low grade pelvic pain as well as a bit of backache. There is no bleeding. In my last couple of pregnancies I remember being checked for appendicitis at 5-6 weeks because of a right sided pain but it turned out to be bowel related. I have a fibroid that was discovered last pregnancy and wonder if that could cause some of this discomfort. Is there a greater chance of miscarriage with a fibroid?? I shall see my OB tomorrow but would appreciate any opinion. Thanks again Olivia
