Five months ago I delivered my third child. I recently noticed that the right side of my abdominal/pelvic region felt slightly enlarge/firm. I also have some discomfort in this area, particularly with palpation. After visiting my internist, he sent me for a CTS which revealed right sided fluid. He feels it may be due to a ruptured ovary. What else could this pelvic "fluid" be from? Why wasn't it re-absorbed? Should I see my gynecologist?
