Marshella, I had the one hour- didn't need to fast for it. The 3 hour you must, as with the 5 hour. I failed mine but came up as "borderline" in the 3 hour. I am now having alot of glucose problems and am going in for a 2 hr. I can't tell you much except to eat normally. I did fast for mine, because the tech told me wrong. The lab said we don't have to. You really have no control over passing or failing this test, relax don't get too upset over it. If you don't pass you will get another chance with the 3 hr. It is you and your baby they are concerned about- I for one am glad the dr's are checking it and not letting it get out of control on you. Good luck. Let us know how you do!
