Hi Katie, Most will tell you that symptoms do not start until after implantation a week or longer after conception. I felt the same thing in my last pregnancy (my 5th). I had very obvious breast changes just a few days after ovulation (temp rise). I had large very visible blue vein lines where they had not been visible before (except when previously pregnant), my breasts increased in size very noticibly and boy were they tender!
