Hi Katie, Most will tell you that symptoms do not start until after implantation a week or longer after conception. I felt the same thing in my last pregnancy (my 5th). I had very obvious breast changes just a few days after ovulation (temp rise). I had large very visible blue vein lines where they had not been visible before (except when previously pregnant), my breasts increased in size very noticibly and boy were they tender! Hope you pass your test in a week or so!
