Congratulations on the birth of your baby!

I am a migraine sufferer, and what you described sounds exactly like what I experience. Pain over my left eye, visual disturbances, and it goes away with quiet, sleep, and painkillers. I would still call your doc, and check in with him/her, your doc might want you to come in just to check your BP to make sure you're okay. There's a lot of crazy things happening with your blood volume and hormones right now!

I hope you're having a wonderful time getting to know your new baby!!
