Migraine or high blood pressure?

I had this "strange" headach this morning over one eye, sort of like sinus, but then all of a sudden I had some visual disturbances. . . things looked blurry and bright. After taking a nap and some Tylenol it's fine. I was a bit stressed because my Mom left today.

Does this sound like a migraine? Or is it possible it's blood pressure related. I know that while I was pregnant the doctor said to call if I ever had visual disturbance. I never did and my BP was always fine.
