Vasa Previa

My daughter-in-law is 24 wks. pregnant and has been diagnosed with Vasa Previa. This is a rare conditon, happening in only 1/3000 pregnancies. I understand that it means that the blood vessels from the low placenta are covering her cervical os. She has not had bleeding. What are the chances for a safe delivery for both Mom and baby? Should she be put on bedrest? C-section has been discussed. With this condition, what is the latest that it could be done to protect the baby? Do you know of somewhere that I can obtain more indepth info? Thank you.
