Here are links to the Bishop Scoring System. The first is from the Virtual Hospital (University of Iowa Family Practice Handbook) and explains the system and includes a scoring chart. The second one is from Childbirth.org and it is interactive in nature. You answer the questions and it will determine your inducibility.
