I used EPO with this last pregnancy. I took 3 capsules a day and inserted 1
vaginally at night (you have to do it at night so that it doesn't fall out).
Within 1 week my cervix became considerably softer (as per OB). it did not
help me go into labor any quicker just soften things up.
