A few weeks ago, Patti Tessler and I were answering about OCs. the medical literature says "Don't use combo pills while breastfeeding". Patti had info from Planned Parenthood about an internal study showing safety with combo pills while breastfeeding. The answer is up in the air. Patti would use it, I wouldn't.
