Extropian is the same as eversion of the cervix. It's just the lining of the cervix angling out to the outer covering of the cervix. Pretty hard to visualize though. Try this. Take your lower lip between your thumb and first finger and bend it over. Now look in the mirror. The way you can see the inside of your mouth now ..... that's basically what an eversion is (or ectropian - an older term).
