I have been in and out of the hospital for the past week for abdominal pain. I was having unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I did a HPT and the positive line was faint, so I went to the doctor. They said they had an early positive result and sent me to the er and there I had a blood test and it was borderline. I had a small amount of brownish blood/discharge a few days ago but none since. This morning I took a HPT and it came out negative. I am unsure what to think of all of this, I still have not had a period and I feel like I may be pregnant. Could the HPT be wrong? Or could this be an ectopic pregnancy? Can someone help me understand?
