For now, I've just had the one sonogram with that result, and as I said earlier, a big deal wasn't made of it at all, and that combined with absence of other aparent problems means that I'm not all that concerned about it right now, just cautious and curious at this point. Since I saw your posts and it being relevant, I thought I'd satisfy some curiosity. :-) Hopefully, things will be normal on this Friday's sonogram.
