Nutritional SupplementsFrom: AnnMarie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 16 Nov 1999 16:05:56 -0600 (CST)
I am taking my Prenate Ultra's, but I know my eating habits aren't the greatest. HATE vege's and rarely eat fruit. Now, steak I like. Before PG, I often had a Coke for breakfast and maybe lunch, skipped real food till dinner. I have some trouble taking the time to eat enough of anything. I have really improved since I became pregnant. Until I get better habits, I want to make sure that I am getting enough calories. Would it be wrong to use the nutritional supplement drinks (like Ensure or Boost, etc)? I am trying to improve and the other day I was actually hungry for carrot sticks! :) AM
