I'm 17 weeks pregnant and have this sharp pain on my lower right side that has gradually been getting worse. It's not the round ligament pain, because I also have that and this is something different. It hurts to touch and certain movements cause a sharp pain. The area of pain is only about the size of a half dollar. Could it be a cyst? I'm not sure what else to think it could be.
