Or am I doomed now because I've just now remembered about the harms of MSG? I went to the restaurant and asked for the food to be made without MSG, but how am I positive that they didn't put MSG in it? From now on I will ask that all my food when eating out be made without MSG, but I'm afraid that this one "mistake" is going to cause harm to my baby.' Thanks
